Delicious cheese donuts and small cheese donuts glazed with lemon icing or sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Ingredients:
600g of ground cottage cheese from a bucket
500g of wheat cake flour
4 medium egg yolks
1/3 cup of fine sugar
3 tablespoons of sour cream
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
16 vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon of spirit (vodka or spirit)
1 liter of oil for frying
powdered sugar or icing (e.g. lemon)
