Cause I watched the behind/making of the MV, what I understand is when artists put music out there they really don't know how it will be received so there is this fear each time they do it. So I interpret the packages as his music, and the spheres as the love from fans. He talks a lot about how he will try to give people what they want even if it is to just look at him, but don't try to fully understand him. I liked how vulnerable he was willing to be with this song and I felt it was really sad. Especially the parts of telling people it was ok to leave him and if they didn't like it and he should love himself less.
Personally, I am looking forward to the new album and I really like this song. He tries something new all the time.
