My goals for the first quarter of the year: 1. Consistently have at least 10 hours worth of sports massage clients per week 2. Read 6 books (aiming for 24 in total for 2025) 3. Get back down to at least 90kg
2025 is my 70th year the list is a bit different this year as I plan to do more running than cycling 50 min 10k 23 min 5k And staying injury free in the attempt 🤣🤣🤣🤣

i agree not to mention we get so hung up on training and probaly should focus more on enjoying riding rather than metrics everytime

Exactly :) handling is a factor on some courses, but the majority are really straightforward
I'm just intending to continue enjoy riding my bike and also to try and find some upper body strength on out new multi gym.
Brilliant aims, enjoyment is so key isn't it. Cycling isn't a job :). Ah yes, I had one of those clothes horses a while ago ;)
My focus is strength this year and getting a London GFA marathon time
Wow Sally that would be awesome! If you haven't done it before, London is absolutely incredible. If I could get a GFA I'd be back in a heartbeat.
