Thomas, great review again. Your English has improved greatly! I know You will always be among the first ones on Utube to review every new release! Good job!
Thanks for the review! Do you have any details about how CarPlay works? Is it finally full-screen or still limited inside 2/3 of the screen? The connection to the car is reliable? Thanks!
Thanks, saw the other video. Real pity that BMW still doesn’t allow full screen on a newly released car, especially considering the subscription pricing of the CarPlay activation 🙁
@@DavideRota I'm disappointed that after paying for extended Bluetooth the only app that appears from my phone on the iDrive is Spotify! My friend has Amazon Music and Audible on his old X1. I can't get them to appear on my iDrive from my phone. I have the new facelifted X1.
I know this is a dumb question but are the folding mirrors automatic? Like when you get close to the car or is it Manually? I have yet to see a video where it shows the mirrors fold Thanks in advance
What's with the sound it makes during acceleration? Mine doesn't make that noise and I can hear the twin turbos kicking in. On this model it sounds like a diesel or something. (edit) Nevermind. This is a German spec. I'm looking for the American Spec).
I saw your review at the car show and I went for the xDrive20i xLine. UK spec. I noticed the one at the car show had a CD player and this one doesn’t....like my car. I’m old school I like the option of a CD player. Surprising I’m only getting 28mpg! I thought I’d get around 35.
Could you please tell me which set up provides the softest ride. 1) standard suspension xLine 18" alloys 2) MSport with adaptive suspension 18" alloys?

CX-30 vs X1 vs GLA (2019 Mazda 3 CUV vs BMW 1 CUV vs Mercedes A CUV) Dear Thomas and Autogefühl, I would really appreciate, and it would be most useful to potential buyers if you could do a comparison video between these three please. I have driven the all-new Mazda 3 a few times, and am convinced that it is a solid contender across many aspects between the 1 and A class, and it would be my pick. Problem is, the lady peters a CUV/SUV for easier ingress/egress and city driving/visibility. Partially also because many other ladies she knows, all own "compact SUVs" - I tend to agree with this length for easier classification: www.automobiledimension.com/compact-suv.php VW group is evil, but you could choose a Audi or something if you wanted as well 😁 But I find a shortlisted 3 car finalist detail comparison review (with finalist decided), is more efficient. Thanks again and keep up the good work. I have taken your reviews with most priority, before deciding on my purchases - in two different countries in Asia if I may add ☺️👍
Hey, you can find out CX-30 review here: ruclips.net/video/b9dWkDu6flQ/видео.html and this video will also be interesting for you: ruclips.net/video/kp2zo-ehXcU/видео.html
@@autogefuel Thanks. Second link - Had decided to skip the first 3 mainly because.. let me put it as a question 😊, but don't you feel that the Q3, GLA and (quite pricey)X2's design/style/stance, look more like "raised hatchbacks" than SUVs? The XC40 is fine, but after testing it two times and a lot of research, I have decided that it's not good enough to make my shortlist with the CX-30, X1 and "GLA"? - which only made my shortlist because I got a discount on it and Mercedes is under a better (after-sales) service provider where I live. The GLA's interior has still no been updated though (unlike the A class) and the Q2 had the most basic interior of the four. We keep our cars for at least 10 years (in great condition), so for this new purchase that I intend to make by around mid-2020, I am only going to consider SUVs with a already "updated" (not where a facelift or all-new one is due) and good quality interior, smart and intuitive cabin/dashboard/infotainment layout and as much safety driver aids as possible, a comfortable yet balanced and fun drive on weekends/holidays, stylish modern looks, value for money and reliability. If I have left something's out, like rear passenger spaciousness and a large boot for example, it means that it's not a priority. Thanks again, and look forward to your views on this in individual and special Vs reviews. Regards.
Not sure what BMW are doing with interior. This makes them loose market share. Pretty shocking for a car that comes out next year. Pointless car which will go without notice

great review as usual! It is shameful BMW is unable to offer Blind Spot monitoring on the X1 / X2.

Awesome m8 !
Great Video Review. I particularly like the Blue Paint Colour and M Sport Is my favourite Trim as well
You make the car look tiny! When my mum stands next to hers it actually looks like a big SUV
The exterior is subjective but the interior looks old today....and I think it's a bit too pricey compared to the competition
My dad has the exact same car but his has white leather seats.
7th april... can not wait
Which version is better the Msport pack or the xline version? Thanks.
What about the noise level inside? Is it really so noisy as some tests says? And how tall you are, I mean is rear space for people >185cm is enough?
How is the sound isolation in comparison to pre-facelift X1? Is it closer to X3?
It's the same. I've had a 2016 model and now have the new Facelifted version
Thanks for the review! Do you have any details about how CarPlay works? Is it finally full-screen or still limited inside 2/3 of the screen? The connection to the car is reliable? Thanks!
I think I ve shown that in the long version that is coming up tonight at Autogefuehl main channel

why the m sport steering wheels is the old design, is this a refresh model?
Was that turbo flutter? 0:45

that is usually an option or included in higher trims

That ll both be fine, adaptive better but more expensive
I Cant wait for the new x1 hybrid made in China I hope you test it

Nice car
Thanks Thomas. That's a very expensive car. Could you just have done the X18i M sport...
Because that’s the one many people would be buying. And having a very expensive but good engine makes it a better purchase compared to Koreans
ekim andersom
My point exactly. Testing a high end car with the big engine is not always what people purchase. The x18i would be a better review imo.
BMW needs to make some all electric M cars
225 XE Hybrid is on the Market among others.
This man is hot... I know this was about a car but damn this man is hot
This car sounds batter than the S6, which is triple the price
T Y no fucken way the s6 v8tt is so much better to this shitty fake sounding 4cyl
Whats ur height?
usually stated in every review, at least in the long version (linked in video description and pinned comment)
