  • Alan Watts explores the timeless question of the true nature of the self: "Who Am I". Through his signature wisdom and wit, Watts dismantles the illusion of individuality and separation, revealing that our sense of identity is deeply intertwined with the universe itself. He challenges the common notion that we are isolated beings, encouraging us to recognize that we are not separate from the cosmos but expressions of its ongoing flow. By understanding this, we can transcend the limitations of ego and discover a deeper connection to all that is.
Get enlightened on this journey of self-discovery as Alan Watts unpacks the transformative idea that you are not a mere spectator of the universe, but an essential part of its unfolding. Learn how embracing this truth can lead to inner peace, unity, and a life lived in harmony with the whole.
    Topics Covered:
The illusion of the separate self
How we identify with thoughts and ego

I wouldn't ask a question because it'd be futile. No matter the answer, I'm sure I'd have at least one follow up.
