Just google my answer, since cia is an international school teachers must be fluent in english. Only the 3rd teacher that dorcas interviewd was qualified for the position the rest failed. Speaking of fluent in english search the youtuber named FLYING KELL thats fluent in english look like.

It is different from actual teaching, Filipino english teachers are perfectionist, in terms of grammar. They speak freely for that particular interview.
