The DEROCKER is THE SOLUTION for effectively washing coarse gravels.
It is designed for liberation and retention of gold and other target heavy minerals, while removing rocks and boulders from 2 inch to 4 feet in diameter.

The DEROCKER was developed in Canada's historic Yukon Territory to overcome the problems of "effectively" washing coarse rocks, boulders and gravel to liberate and retain particles of gold and other heavy target minerals / metals.
The DEROCKER easily handles angular or slab-shaped materials or boulders up to four feet in diameter. Unlike other systems, the greater the percentage of large rocks and boulders, the greater yardage the DEROCKER will process.
There are a variety of dump box options available for the DEROCKER depending on the type and size of dozer, loader or excavator used.
With the DEROCKER set on an eleven degree slope, the material to be processed is loaded into a surge pile in the upper end of the machine where a built-in Spring Loaded Feeder even the material flow across the deck while the loader cycles to the pit for more material.
The gold bearing boulders and gravels are moved across the self-cleaning articulating deck in a wave action while being washed by high pressure water from the water manifold. The coarse, rocky material is discarded from the lower end of the DEROCKER where it can be easily removed. the 2" minus fines wash through the slots between the articulating deck plates and are carried out the bottom to suitable gold recovery equipment (Centrifuges, Circular Jigs and Sluices, available from RMS) by the process water. The total water requirement of the system is relatively low as the sluice uses the same water that is used to wash the boulders.

awesome video of an awesome machine. We run one at pur placer operation. 20 year old unit that works as well as day 1. Don't waste time with a trommel, or shaker plant - jump to this machine and watch the results.
This is real mining equipment for real placer mining operators.

We have also made it easier to operate and control, with more control options, have a remote control option, have high intensity high pressure spray bar systems for compacted silts and light clays, have proximity sensor control on the undercarriage of the articulating deck, have skid frames designed for the system so that it is automatically at the correct operating angle, etc.
