you can beat the game in less than that time by using a certain glitch by going into the creation room and putting down a guard and a lava jump on the lava until you have 1 battery left, then get caught by the guard, by getting caught you need to time pressing the pause button, getting you the gui for building still and also a game over screen, once you respawn you can noclip and go straight to the final boss.
Actually, this can't be spliced because the in-game timer is lower than the recording timer at the end, and since that timer can't be stopped, there's no way any edits could have been made in post to reduce the overall time.
My personal record is 31:47 im the third best europeaan and the 80 best of the world but then i see this is just amazing you helped me with my own speed run thx for these tricks btw im 13
