Panthay noodle only in Rangoon Bez I got noodle bible .big plate chicken Dan pan ji is ughur Muslim ( Turkish the r one of Turkish tribe)who lived in china . food is similar to pathay noodle but different .Lanzhous beef noodle soup that what real panthay people ate . Most of Burmese panthay r from Yunnan china .
