I have both and have had every runcam version, the thumb 2 is by far my favorite due to the convenience, Hawkeye is just more durable and doesn't die the first time you bump it like the runcam pros
i just got the v1 with a foldape4 and its great for the cost. low light handling from what ive experienced so far shoots a lot of go pro's out of the water.
Yeah, I don't see much difference from the V1. I could never get it to work to an even usable state with GF. But, I figure I can't expect much from such a low cost camera. Fun to experiment with, just need to manage expectations. For this type of camera the RC Thumb Pro still seems the best, to me. Thanks for showing it off so we can see it before buying it.
I have v1, I love it and hate it at the same time. I like the functionalities, universal power range, and quite good data for stabilization. Unfortunately, the camera has a problem with bright parts of the image, as in my video. ruclips.net/video/bgG2zm97PFA/видео.html Thank you for testing version 2, but I will stay with RC Thumb cameras, they have better image quality.
Thanks for the testing, Oscar! 😊
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊

how about on cinematic purpose? is the gyro data still couldn't handle it? or maybe there's an update in the future to make it better?
Terima Kasih Master....salam From Indonesia
hm i thought it would be better
the videos on the hawkeye channel are pretty good
I guess a comparison between them would be golden. 😊
