《圓塱食誌》以吃走訪，有形的藝術捕捉無形的味覺，像《看不到的城市》中，馬可勃羅跟成吉思汗形容異國的風光，聽着聽着，所有他方的城可能都是自己的家鄉。
在這片豐厚的塱地，我們吃下土地與人的互相守護、生活的選擇、對承傳的堅持、不可易轉的變遷、當世界放得更大時的流徙與重置……圓塱的味道，訴說元朗，也說香港。
諺語有云：「我們吃甚麼，我們就是甚麼。」這次藝遊，查踏一片地、一座城，反芻我們是甚麼。
特此獻上《圓塱食誌》花絮片段，一同細味旅程中的點滴。 
𝘖𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘗𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘺 captures intangible flavours with the tangibility of art, like Marco Polo’s portrayals of Invisible Cities with words. In these evocative renderings, all faraway places might as well be home.
On this plain of the plenty, we savour the care people and land give to each other, choices of life, commitment to inheritance, irrecoverable changes, relocations-when we set our eyes on a bigger world… These flavours are not only telling of Yuen Long, but also Hong Kong.
As the saying goes, “we are what we eat.” This artistic journey interrogates a place and ruminates on who we are.
