So happy to see you are back on RUclips! I am glad you are including us in your journey towards the Paris Olympics! You and Matty certainly look "ready" even though I understand how much more training you want to go through to be at your best for 2024. Of course, some of us (of a certain age!) remember the movie "Chariots of Fire", with its focus on the Paris Olympics of 1924, so I can already imagine the theme music for Paris-2024! Looking forward to your journey to Paris24!

Ahhhhh, Mallorca. A very special island, with very special people. An easy day of wandering around inside of the beautiful, old walled town of Alcudia on the north side of the island is wonderful. And the best gelato shop there, too!

Talk about eye candy! You have all stayed in such amazing condition. Seeing Matty do those sideways plate curls made my body hurt. We wait in eager anticipation of another Matty waxing video. Bonus thanks for the workout videos. They have been a great help.
