    A complex of inisotol, folate and chromium instantly halted my excessive hair loss. It was miraculous.

      I just saw your comment and was shocked to see I also have a severe deficiency in inositol, folate and chromium. I also have severe hair loss for many years. Would you be willing to tell me more about your journey and what has helped you recover your hairloss?

      @@aratrex the above was the key and in addition I also took iron as I was anemic, increased meat protein and took biotin. Hope that helps.

    Thank you Doctor Osborne! I live in an area where there are very few natural focused healthcare providers. You are helping me so much by making aware of things that are harming me like gluten (despite a negative Celiac test) and potential nutritional deficiencies. You are truly a blessing! God bless you!

    I started supplementing with inositol many years ago...after I learned it was part of Bruce Lees regimen. Apparently I need to up my dosage.
    Thanks for all the great info.

    I believe Metformin also effects absorption of Thiamine. I would be very careful of that too while using Metformin.

      Hey, in germany i had the best doctor ever possible. He is over 70 years now and he created his own "sleeping powder"! It contains: Magnesium, Zinc, Niacine, B6, GABA, Taurine, Inositol, Lavender extract, Glycine, L-Glutamine and L-Tryptophan. Maybe you can create this powder on your own. You will sleep like a baby. 100 % sure!!!

      Trazadone helps me

    • @lorimav
      @lorimav Год назад

      @@DA-BROWN-STOICTry glycine too, several grams with a little magnesium glycinate in order to decrease the trazadone. Trazadone is an SSRI. I had my mother go off of it because she has a bit of dementia and does not need an antidepressant making it worse.

      I haven't noticed a difference, but B1 helped keep me from waking up as much in the middle of the night.

    • @lorimav
      @lorimav Год назад +1

      @@GoingGreenMom I think B1 affects my sleep too. Both good and bad. Fewer sleep apnea events which is great for the heart, etc. but it seems I am also clenching my teeth on occasion and that has made my teeth more sensitive. I would rather preserve my heart and have to use sensodyne toothpaste than not.

    I did watch you thinking I really did force myself or start to ask msyelf why do I make it to my habit to comment on what I watched pkus why I actually think all day and now the evening when bakeries are close of eating nothing else than wheat not chocolate etc.... what I have bought recently and some give away to my friends another one did not touched. I have thinking of you what make gluten somuch the topic like for the woman the wool I buy from hand dyed. I can never stay over a longer peiiod interested in a topic. Some explanation gives me Ben Lynch on mygenetics another van Kolk on trauma. I am really hungry and think of nothing else than wheat or oak with or without gluten. Thank you.

      Stop drinking and see if your health condition improves. If you choose to drink take an antihistamine beforehand. It should halt the reaction to gluten. When the antihistamine wears off you might get a rebound in pain?
