I just saw your comment and was shocked to see I also have a severe deficiency in inositol, folate and chromium. I also have severe hair loss for many years. Would you be willing to tell me more about your journey and what has helped you recover your hairloss?
Thank you Doctor Osborne! I live in an area where there are very few natural focused healthcare providers. You are helping me so much by making aware of things that are harming me like gluten (despite a negative Celiac test) and potential nutritional deficiencies. You are truly a blessing! God bless you!
I started supplementing with inositol many years ago...after I learned it was part of Bruce Lees regimen. Apparently I need to up my dosage. Thanks for all the great info. So glad I found your channel.
Hey, in germany i had the best doctor ever possible. He is over 70 years now and he created his own "sleeping powder"! It contains: Magnesium, Zinc, Niacine, B6, GABA, Taurine, Inositol, Lavender extract, Glycine, L-Glutamine and L-Tryptophan. Maybe you can create this powder on your own. You will sleep like a baby. 100 % sure!!!
@@DA-BROWN-STOICTry glycine too, several grams with a little magnesium glycinate in order to decrease the trazadone. Trazadone is an SSRI. I had my mother go off of it because she has a bit of dementia and does not need an antidepressant making it worse.
@@GoingGreenMom I think B1 affects my sleep too. Both good and bad. Fewer sleep apnea events which is great for the heart, etc. but it seems I am also clenching my teeth on occasion and that has made my teeth more sensitive. I would rather preserve my heart and have to use sensodyne toothpaste than not.
I am going to try Inosterol Vit. B-8 for treatment of insomnia. I have been dealing with Insomnia for many yrs. The Dr. Has me on Trazadone and I would like to discontinue it. Thanks for this incredible information.shoutout from Canada!..

Dr Osborne thankyou for another great video.! I would like to know if I could be lacking Inositol? Because except one, I have all those symptoms yoķu mentioned here. I don't have a primary care doctor that I can ask to send me for the tests.I get cramps everyday as a matter of facts, I did not sleep good last night at all. Please help what can I do?😢❤

Stop drinking and see if your health condition improves. If you choose to drink take an antihistamine beforehand. It should halt the reaction to gluten. When the antihistamine wears off you might get a rebound in pain?
@@erikhancock98569 we I cut down and I feel better but I do notice how reg beer messes me up lol I drank a cider and I feel great I know the sugar isn’t the best
A complex of inisotol, folate and chromium instantly halted my excessive hair loss. It was miraculous.
Thank you for sharing this. Will definitely give this a try!

Not something I have found in literature anywhere, but Inositol has greatly helped vulvadynia type pain for me.
I believe Metformin also effects absorption of Thiamine. I would be very careful of that too while using Metformin.
I wish I would have learned this years ago. Thank you. I'm sure it's not too late.
Great video Doctor.
I heard that myo inositol could help me to get back to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night, big problem for me

I haven't noticed a difference, but B1 helped keep me from waking up as much in the middle of the night.

Too high of a dose, you should start slow and low and build up
Regular beer messes me up any advice?
Yes, take it from this doctor, me, it’s probably the gluten. Just sayin.
I know it is I’ve discovered it even 2 beers I’m in pain
