How did they ask this question? I have been a lifetime sportsman license holder for over 20 years. It seems to me many NON FISHING people were contacted. Maybe next time they should mail a survey out to license holders only! This does absolutely nothing to stop WHY we have a declining fishery. This is just more fluff, doing something instead of doing nothing. And, of course it is the recreational fisherman who has to change......again! It's politics, and politics do nothing to help our fishery, politics only brings in corruption.
As a recreational license holder I sure would like a chance at that survey. I was unaware would really have liked to have had an email or something in the mail to send back to them.
