Cameroon’s Motor park with no Food. Park with no familiar food to buy

I usually hear of Foumban and thought it was a very beautiful place hein until I saw the park😂 and not to think again that’s in Cameroon History talking about the Foumban Conference where those ladies confused the ministers with their beauty waow hahahahaha

I'm curious..Are the motor parks owned by the government or private? Or are they just haphazardly created?

They are own by the government (local authorities) but business own by private individuals
