- best places to eat in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg for breakfast? Not sure you can choose, but here are three places you must go in my opinion. Any trip to the Great Smoky Mountains needs to include at least one. Crocketts Breakfast Camp, Mama's Farmhouse, or Reagens Pancake House. You can't go wrong with any of these.
What great breakfast food !!!…they all had a variety of good food there…im
In tn but very far from
That area or id be at one of those good eating places weekly…top notch breakfast food id say!!!❤
What a wonderful video. Really loved it. I just found you guys. Great reviews and that inviting warm southern hospitality. Thanks a lot👍😁
You are SO welcome. Thanks so much for watching.
Here from Atlanta just found n subscribed to ya'll. I liked the video you guys just seem like everyday down to earth people. I watch a lot of eating and traveling videos, best luck growing your channel 👍
Thank you. Yep, you pretty see what you get with us whether it’s reviewing a restaurant or pickling eggs. Lol
We love Crockets! We haven't been to Mama's farmhouse but we are going to the smokies next week so I definitely will try it.
Thanks for the video. Driving down to Pigeon Forge from Indianapolis, in Sept, just looking for good food places before we get there & just do the trial & error. Your list matches some others, so I think you've got'em pegged on who's good! ha! Those pancakes & that huge cinnamon roll at Crockett's sounds really good!!! I'm gonna be on a diet for a month after I leave the Pigeon Forge area. Thanks again!!
Hope you have a great time. Worry about added pounds when you get home. 😊
Little House of Pancakes in Gatlinburg!! Add that to your next trip.
We love the log cabin pancake house in gatlinburg
Really, we haven’t eaten there. I’ll put them on our list.
Best breakfast in the area, been the same since I first visited in 1979. IMHO, Crockett's doesn't hold a candle to Log Cabin. We've visited the Burg 2-3 times per year, sometimes 4 visits, since Oct. 1979. I know I've driven on every paved road down there, either on a moped, SxS, Slingshot, or personal vehicle. I just wish I had videoed every trip since then, I could have a huge YT channel now!
@@kyrangerman519 it’s never too late!
Love the fireplace!! Food looks delicious! God Bless y’all
Thanks so much. That's our favorite room in our house.
Saludos desde mexico.
Hola, como estas?
I paid 80. The last time i went to Crockett's. 2 adults and 2 children. How does the price compare
Crocketts is our favorite
Good intro😊
If I could have a restaurant it would have no music or tvs!! Well I would have soft playing hyms.
So where do you pastor sir?
thanks for the video defeintely going to check out mamas
Awesome hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
That’s great! Breakfast was the best time for us.
Five Oaks Farm , has great breakfast
A friend told me about 5 oaks a couple months ago. We’re going there in the spring.
Was the pancake dry for being that thick?
The pancake at Crocketts? Not dry at all. It kind of had the consistency of spoon bread (if you’ve ever eaten spoon bread) . If not, I’m only guessing but I would say they used a little more egg than you normally would for pancakes. It was delicious. We passed it around like we did the cinnamon roll. 😊👍
Love Pancake Pantry Hate Camp Margaretville Lodge
Looks great but I don't think I can make it there any way soon
Well, I pray your circumstances improve and 2022 brings you closer to all your dreams. 😊
No prices?
Crockett's may be a little higher than the others, but the portions are great and theatmosphere cannot be beat. Mamma's Breakfast is about $13 per person and I really don't remember what Reagan's was but it was a normal in line with other buffets.
Love Crocketts
We do too. It's like eating in an Appalachian Museum!
Love Crockett's. Mama's kitchen, just way to much food for me. Don't like breakfast bars. 😒
You’re welcome. 😊
no prices!
Sorry about that. I will say that the prices were pretty competitive. I’m not sure if they have raised this spring or not.
Cracker Barrel, Flap Jax, Little House of Pancakes.
We have not been to Flap Jax or Little House of Pancakes. We will try to get there this year. A little miffed at Cracker Barrel right now. The way they handled customers during the pandemic left me a little aggrivated. It's all good though.
Also Log Cabin.
@@genecole2082 Where is Log Cabin? Not sure I have seen that one.
@@jpwilliams2009 Same street Space needle is on. I believe it is the Historic Nature Trail.
Flap jacks
We do like Flap Jacks. We did a review on the one just as you enter Gatlinburg from Pigeon Forge. Here it is.

@@jpwilliams2009 thanks we live in Kentucky we go about once a year love Gatlinburg
Worst experience ever. Only two of us and portions were barely big enough for one. The servers were sitting behind us in the booth complaining about the other servers and managers. Too busy complaining to refill anything food or drinks. Mamas is the worst. Reagan’s is the best!
I am soooo sorry. That is aweful.
