It's simply an additional sleeve of elastic. Nothing fancy

@@johnharrison8839 Des Shipp did a video on how to do it some years ago. He used another pole elastic and pulled his elastic through. Making a sleeve.

Never understand bans like no slapping 🤷♂️ What is the logic? I fully get bans for fish welfare or to monitor what bait goes in for fish and water quality but this seems to be a ban to try and stop people from catching.

I’ve been to the Glebe twice and Roy is a nice helpful owner, but so many rules I’m not sure of. No slapping, no meat baits and no method feeders. Only cage feeders with long hook lengths.
i assume you mean roy marlow, and no method feeders you say.... i believe he was one of the founders of method feeder fishing

Along with Andy Finlay who is the method feed master, and yet it’s banned. Check the rules.
