  • An introduction to Tibetan Nejang Yoga, The Kalachakra & concept of Pure Lands by Dr Nida Chenagtsang.
Nejang is a Tibetan healing yoga practice that literally means ‘cleaning the energy sites in the body’ and is a combination of breathing, movement and self-massage. These yogic exercises from the Tibetan medical tradition have been used for centuries to promote healing, rebalance the internal energies and cleanse the body. Traditionally, this system has been used by Tibetan physicians a recommended exercise for patients with different conditions and to balance the internal energies in the body. According to the original ancient text this practice unblocks knots in the channels and pacifies diseases in the body and mind.
Recorded at the 2016 Tibetan Rejuvenation Immersion at Menla Mountain Retreat in Phoenicia, NY with Dr Nida Chenagtsang & Robert Thurman.
