Mb air laser zones me out but trait+pressure by Atrocitus is where he shines. Jump teleport against bloodnado is full combo punishable. Atrocitus doesnt need a nerf at all, people are just bad. Jump bloodnado, outzone if possible, pushblock pressure to cancel trait, duck last hit of wakeup/backdash mb wakeup. If a mixup hits you thats your mistake for not blocking. Learn the matchup before screaming nerf.

You can clearly see with Sonicfox that he couldnt even get a hit out when he was faced with Atrocitus' trait pressure so he is still very viable even if it goes away on hit, concidering the best player in the world couldnt get a hit out. Atrocitus isnt as OP as everyone makes him out to be and he certainly looses matchups especially against zoners. That being said he is still the most potato character in the game, just by sheer definition of him being the easiest to play and place with. Though I wouldnt say hes exactly brain dead. I would suggest that as a compromise they make trait take longer on cooldown.

With Atrocitus it lasts forever and you can use it over and over again. Not saying that Atrocitus is better than Darkseid, but his trait is definitely better than Darkseid's trait.
