Are you able to use multiple cards if you use them straight from your inventory rather than the hotkey?
Unfortunately you cannot use cards from your inventory, you can only use them when they are in the active slots ;(
3 stack strike and assault is very meta in ranked
Between the two though, extra defense or extra power... so hard to choose between!
