- An up close look at what it takes to be an NHL goalie as we go behind the scenes with Pekka Rinne and Carter Hutton of the Nashville Predators in Gamma Blast's "Beneath the Ice."
People forget the mental aspect of netminding. Wether or not you have a good practice, or a good game, very, very, very much depends on if you have the self-confidence to play up, take decisions, and most importantly, wether or not you trust your instingts, your speed and your positioning.
Even at the J-18 Elite and J-20 Elite level, which is where most Swedish prospects come straight out of, there is not a lot of talk about this, even though it is completely game breaking. Still, we are the best hockey nation in the world.
Håller fullständigt med

Sweden is 10% great hockey players 90% cucked nu Male feminists.
This! Have a great day
"best goalie out here. probably 2nd best. I'm definitely in the top 2." that was good
Yea Hutts is funny guy, fortunately he doesn't belong to Preds any more
ass wit
Peks is all kinds of better than hutton.
@@PredMatic for those two it doesn't matter who is better. Part of why I love peks is cause in the last couple of years he was falling off and actually gave up the lead spot to saros. They went 50/50, saros had better numbers and peks basically said well he's doing better and there are other prospects who could do well, maybe it's time to retire. It's one of the reasons why I have so much respect for the guy.
Good to see Hutton finally find a starting place and succeed in the NHL
Pekka Rinne & Hutton are really good Goalies.
Rinne is best!!!! 👍👍👍
"James! You forgot this!" HAHAHAHAHAHA
ROFLed soo hard :DD
"Me tired" lol that was great
Is it just me or are they both playing hella deep?
I say hey you forgot this all the time thanks hutton
I love Pekka Rinne so much. he is so good goalie. :'D
“Me tired” I’m dead😂
My family is in Nash. my cousin took me to first game.. I dont watch any other sport.
if your not first youre last, no pressure
Great vid.
Wouldn't have had 5 goals against the Hawks if Crawford was in the net
Crawford allowed 5 goals out of 29 shots in Chicago.
