why does the cost per square foot of the neighborhood affect the cost of the architect? Why isn't it a standard cost regardless of the location. Are you saying that you charge less to add onto a house in a poor neighborhood than you charge in an upper class neighborhood even though you (or any architect) do the exact same addition?
Great information thanks!
