What article 133 clause 3 talks about is that the judgement decree or order passed by one judge of high court that is a single judge cannot be appealed in Supreme Court unless the Parliament may by law otherwise provides that the Parliament passes the law saying that judgement decree or order passed by a single judge can be appealed in Supreme Court
I felt difficulty in understanding the explanation part of article 132 which talks about the final order. Below is the explanation that i understood. In any order if all the issues are decided by the court then the order is considered as final , but if there is a situation wherein the court any issue be it single issue which is decided in favour of the person who is going to appeal that is the appellant , then such order shall also be included in the definition of final order , which mean such order will be considered as final.
