i really like playing kayn, i'm only new to the jgl lane, but besides nocturne it's the only jgl i really enjoy. But I still don't quite understand which form to play? some sites say the blue form for a ranged enemy team and the red form for a melee enemy team.
maybe someone can help me which form to take when, or whether to go straight blue and which items to build with which runes :)

bro my english is not that good, but in general, you go blue for teams you need more mobility to catch the enemies or when they're squishy, using dark harvest with axiom arcanist and gathering storm (hubris or yomus, axiom arc and last whisper, the second and third item are situational, with sorcery boots for extra passive damage or cdr boots) and red for teams that are tankier or you need to be a frontline, using conqueror with axiom arcanist and transcendence (voltaic, sterak and visage with defensive boots), you can go with blue but using the red runes and items (voltaic, shojin and last whisper with cdr boots) for teams you need mobility but you can't just one shot someone easily and run alive

basically go red into tanky bruiser teams with lots of health, blue into mainly assasins/adc or mage teams - if its like an even split and u dont know what to do, u can go purple, which is red kayn with blue items - gives good sustain while allowing u to delete squishies.
