      Hi Luuk, thanks for the great content. What would you estimate the 3rd to 10th best winners (so not the super crusher on his way up to the higher levels) to win at PLO50 and PLO100 R&C on GG? A rough pre rake back BB/100 would be awesome. thx and GLGL

    00:45 KK64ss: Feels like too much showdown value to be turned into bluff. We also dont have any relevant blocker. So are we actually potting everything that is not between trips and weak flush?
    2:33 KT94ss: Seemed like optimistic open from CO so checked. GTO wise its -0.13 EV and we have high vpip players behind. Well KJT4ss would be marginal open in gto.
    12:06 9865ts: Loosey goosey open pre but this time we do have at least tight looking villains. Flop cbet I like. Turn barrel feels quite questionable. Its not just about not having premium blockers but we also lack equity. We cant really value bet any river and facing lead on any river sucks as well. Sure we have three heart if heart come but there are so many combos opponent can have with A or K high fd. AFAIK we should be quite selective in double fd boards with barrels anyway.
    18:20 K742ds: Imo we could go bigger and still get value from lot of hands you listed as targets. There is a LOT of busted draws and if I were bluffing I cant really see myself using 1/4 pot. Question is if opponents are cutting half of their calling range versus 1/2 compared to 1/4. I heavily doubt it.
    22:24 AAA4ss: There is at least theory wise concept of risk:reward in these river spots in position. Meaning do we want to really use such small sizing giving small reward as it does open chance of facing x-r? I believe this is reason why in trainer we use half and full pot or at least one of the reasons? I dont mind betting river versus such high vpip but not sure I like so small sizing for above reason. Theory wise this would probably be check back without any boat blocker.
    24:45 QQT6ss: Pretty optimistic bet. Sure he can have bunch of KK but he should also have good amount of Ax without K/Q kicker. Dont mind with some TT or maybe JJ but QQ attacks only KK/QQ. Point with hand like AJ for opponent is also if we are really calling with weaker often enough to value bet.
    32:45 AJT6ts: Reason for potting flop? We do want to stab fairly wide here in position on flop that is not favorable for EP range. Would only use single sizing for half pot. Now with pot we tighten opponent range right away kinda unnecessarily. Ah ok you explained issue yourself. Anyway as said I would personally only use half pot unless I have value hand and I know opponent is huge calling machine. Then I could size up as exploit right away.
    38:40 T987ss: I like bluff here. I think we can also pot some of our nut straight combos for value, e.g. 8765.
    38:40 QJ98ss: Nasty spot here. I actually do like folding right away as you did it being 3way and EP betting big. I just think we face too often aggression on later streets from too strong range. It does feel super weak to fold flop though :)
    41:52 KKJJds: With deep stacks I would definitely check this on flop. We dont want to get raised and our hand play fairly bad on most turns to be honest. Also we dont draw to nut flush. WIth 100bb stack I would probably check as well to x-r for playability reasons and having ok raw equity. But with 200bb we definitely dont have strong enough hand to x-r so x-c seems solid. Turn is probably close to range check. Would give up river as well villain being very high vpip and using big sizing. But yeah some JJ probably wants to bluff theory wise.
    44:29 A995ss: I think turn probe bet would be interesting option with this hand. One of nice things is we can bet-call and we get coverage on board changing rivers. On other hand on blank we would either check or block bet. As played river I would probably pot. But its tricky when we have NFL as well. Could make sense to bet small this specific combo but I dont think our range wants to bet small in general. So maybe still x-r attempt.
    46:33 QT95ds: I would have called but actually in trainer its just fold. Postflop well played. Btw villain AKK2ss is solver approved play preflop. I would just pot flop in his shoes but we could not fold our hand anyway. Also like that 6655ss play being deeper stacked.
    51:50 AQJ9r: Would probably iso pre. As played hand seems fine as check and use as bluff catcher. Are we getting that many better hands to fold?
    53:15 J993ds: Like your line expect flop I would use 3/4 pot and maybe pot on turn. River is bit tricky as Qx probably not giving action to third barrel. He can have some Ax with busted draw but Ax boats are decently high possibility. Issue with check is whatever we actually get bluffed on in this river that often. But on other hand I also think AK at least will be value betting versus check anyway. No idea why is villain slowplaying QQ like that.
    55:09 AJJ5ss: You say we dont have lot of showdown value which is kinda correct overall but I also dont see that many better hands folding. Could be fine to bet but we just dont have much barreling chances. Would definitely bet like A577ss with future blockers.

    Can you explain briefly the logic of double barelling air without any blocker on high cards boards (which hit your perceived range)?

    • @LuukBotter86
      @LuukBotter86  3 дня назад

      When holding a significant range advantage we need to find enough bluffs if we have a lot of value. Therefore sometimes we need to dig deep in our range to find them. Usually the idea is that you have at least some form of equity when getting called. Many players tend to fast play their strong hands on the flop or the turn, making their calling range a bit more vulnerable, which we can take advantage of by applying pressure.

    38:01 wow why fold 89TJss

    • @LuukBotter86
      @LuukBotter86  3 дня назад

      Close between call and fold. Easy to over-value this hand OOP. Given that our opponent is 75bb deep only, fold usually is the play here unless you have a strong reason to deviate from this line, which I don't see here against this player, also without a big whale in the BB. What do you think about it?
