    could you please create a full playlist of education videos like this.... Because even for new comers like us in India we don't get much information on clubs... I have clubs with me but I really want to learn a few techniques... Please consider creating a playlist for only beginners.

      Norse***
      Viking is a verb, not a tribe of people, and the Norse were derived from blonde Germanic tribes, and the blending of other European genetics giving the Norse blonde, dirty blonde, and brown hair.
      The Norse would go on vikings (vee-kings) but they weren't "Vikings"

    Thank you sir for these really informative videos, just by looking at you or the other experts swing, one cannot gauge the amount of precision required. These tutorials show the technique and makes me appreciate the art even more.

    This is how things work, in history also , some people came ,learn and gave theory of gravity and other stuff, Maximum theory is originated in India but we indian has no time to think on that and similarly foreigners know how to approach opportunity and nd within some year 😊 gadda will be famous as clubs ,nd will become in trend and then all gym freaks of India will add that as a old scool concept..

    • @TheFlowingDutchman

      Animesh Choudhary that sounds correct! One of the beautiful things I’ve encountered is that I’m inspiring so many Indians to pick up these old and dying traditions.

    Great tutorial mate.
    How many swings you suggest if you have only one club? Do you recommend it count based say 10 swings/rotations x 5 sets per hand or time based rotations say for minute - rest - minute.

    • @TheFlowingDutchman
      @TheFlowingDutchman  4 года назад +4

      Depends on the weight to strength ratio, I’d suggest a higher rep range though. 20-30 reps per hand per set. You can also do 1 minute on, 1 minute off ;)
