Agreed! The tan color I could live without while they could've made all weapons and gear in black. To me this is a pretty sweet set however I did cancel my preorder at the last minute thinking I could wait a bit longer but wasn't expecting them to sell out but it is OK.
Eventually I plan on getting maybe 3 sets of these and using some valaverse weapons to replace some of the tan weapons. Nice review ✨✨✨✨
gl on those 3 sets, I'm already seeing prices for sealed new box sets going for $100+. considering selling my 2 sealed sets as well.
I don't mind the tan web gear and back pack, but it needs a dark wash. The tan weapons are a bit odd. Some dark wash on them and silver paint scratches could improve them.
They seem to have a decent spread of weapons and blast effects. Some extra hand options would also be welcome, as always.
Female Alley Vipers or Crimson Guards could be cool. I can't wait for the new Baroness.
Should have a couple sets show up today. Probably will dye one set of the webbing and have 3 troops and one officer. They look great!
I got mines yesterday August 31, 2023. I purchased two of these 2 packs they look ok but their guns are sooo gummy but the ladies look great
I reckon the tan gear would probably look good in a desert diorama or in some beach battle pics, but the shelf presence is definitely quite jarring for me. If they really had to go wild with the colour, a nice red would have tied it in with the cobra display better. A little paint certainly makes it look far nicer, but I've still opted to mostly strip it away. Just left the thigh holster and gave her Valaverse weapons. Overall a cool set.

Mine are on the way. Just got 1 set, not into army building. At least they have a boo tay, unlike the vala ladies lol.
Blue Ninjas were a good two pack. Still love mine.

I am glad I waited on these to appear for sale again. Secondary market is doubling the price on these and while I wanted to get a few, I opted to play the waiting game. It paid off in this one instance. Probably the only case where it worked out for me regarding collecting popular classified figures and sets so far

I got 2 packs the other day. I painted one of the beige black to match the others. Kept one beige as is. It actually looks better than I expected. Plus I figure I'll make one really stand out as the officer. Overall these ladies are awesome. I don't like how the belt floats all to hell. I may have to glue it down in a spot. Shoulder straps are annoying as hell too but once the backpack is on, it doesn't move. The eyes on mine were painted so nice. They look beautiful.
Absolutely love the cartoon gun. I was 3D printing them so I am happy they are making these included more now.
Thanks for the review. I will agree the tan looks and feels off. Two sets of black weapons and gear could have worked. I wonder if the goal was to make it gold and that didn’t pan out? I am glad I didn’t pass on this set. Think it adds some depth to the cobra ranks. Overall pleased with this set.
Thats my guess, or they had some other different color scheme in mind that got cut
I think the Snow Serpent is just such a thick dude he looks weird with the smaller rifles. I gave him the grenade launcher rifle from the Viper 3 pack

Got three sets. I like building squads. Six is a good squad with Zarana or Baroness operative. I suppose it could be a paired up with some male operatives too. Couple female Cobra ninja look good with them too.
Missed out on the first time of release but was able to finally make the purchase as of yesterday being two. I am looking forward to getting more as far as army building goes. I'm mostly looking towards the upcoming G.I. Joe Classfied, Recon Diver, and hopefully, they'll have a female counterpart. I already have six on pre-order so far, and I might get three more afterward. Still in need of the Cobra Eels. Great video commentary. Best in 2024.
I like them. The tan webbing is not that nice, but I may pick up at least one.
I'm not in love with the tan accessories. I like the inclusion of the Cobra SMG. I've always thought it looked like an MP40.
Reminds me more of the M3 grease gun tbh.
I got two so they can be a fire team of females
For my collectikn, the troopers were replaced by the vipers. I have no use for troopers male or female.

Can totally paint their arms black and put them on the cobra coil baroness which i would do if i managed to get 2 sets or 1 set and z loose valkyrie

Black gunsa need some silver weathering and tan guns needs a black wash
Got mine yesterday and the lighter skinned head sculpt is awful, eyes are solid blue, even the "whites of the eyes". Like, the whole eyeball is blue, just awful. The other head sculpt is perfect
pricey? two figures seperate wlould be $50 , but your getting all the added extras . I feel an accessory set would run 10-15 so your getting that for $5 so in a business aspect your getting a $10 discount .i bought 3 sets same as the steel corps and the 788 sets .Idk where my sons going to display all these 😂😂😂😂
I’m sure I’m not the first to say this but The tan web gear and accessories is so ugly ….should have just done black on both if I ever end up with them I will probably paint it I hate it that much
I agree..that brown is ugly and hasbro should have done it all black or gold or red..but not khaki brown
