Keane in 8 minutes - Thetford Forest 18-6-22

Incredible performance by Keane at what’s probably my favourite venue. They certainly know how to get the crowds going. And the 30C+ heatwave made it just the perfect evening.

I was there, near the back but loving it just as much as those at the front. I saw Keane live at Alexandra Palace, London, in October 2006 and can confirm that they have got better with age. Brilliant performance this was, and I know exactly what Tom means when he mentions the big brown beetles - they're called Billywitches locally and live in the long grass and woodland, coming out as the night falls.
