Yup. That's all as my sister gave me hers - the very first one and it didn't have the orange crescent that loosens the grater.
Now, it can easily be done by hand. But don't forget to lock the silver bar! The machine won't start if that bar doesn't lock the machine. Thought mine was broken 💔

I use strong scissors. Open them wide and put the end of each blade in each of the two holes. Works great.
