You have so many great content that will blow people's minds on the Shorts shelf! Or you can just reupload your Tiktok videos here since you already have so many over there. RUclips now separates videos and shorts into their own tabs so it's less messy when you browse through RUclips channels. Those people would most likely not watch your full videos, but with the upcoming monetization on Shorts I think this is a great time to start.
