With all the games still coming out this year (AC6, Starfield) I feel like this should have waited until 2024. That being said I'm still excited to play the game and will make the time to make time! Really hoping the game sticks the landing. Cheers!

I'm really excited for this game and very thankful for the demo you released... however, when I tried to play the demo, I could not even get the game to launch. My screen would turn black (as if the app was loading), I heard one "chirp" from the robot/radio (the same sound as in the gameplay trailer) and then the game would close without ever reaching any main menu, splash screen, disclaimers, etc. I'm still puzzled as to what the cause could be, as I can run other games like Cyberpunk just fine.
@@kilgoretrout3 I tried that, but to no avail. Even rolling them back to something earlier didn't help. Oh well, I'll just have to give it a go and refund if my system can't handle it.
The book is fantastic in any case, I would read it first, otherwise you will be influenced by the visuals of the game instead of your own imagination when discovering Stanislaw Lem's excellent writing.
A very bold and interesting date choice, considering how many other titles are releasing with bigger franchise names, but fortune favors the bold. I hope it is in mint condition on release with further development, have been following it through the initial stages and cannot wait to play this game

The art is great, the story seems good and it is just the kind of game I would usually enjoy... but the demo was really bad. I'm a developer myself, I know just how hard making games is... and in my opinion the entire core game loops not only feel bad to play, but are frustratingly unintuitive. This simply is not something that can be fixed in a couple months, and is not a matter of polish. I beg you to put the game back in the oven and rethink the core game loop and user experience. The massive content creator bombardment was also a red flag, taking advantage of clicks and the algorithm to push a game which is not ready for consumers. I expect it to get very low reviews if it releases in November, and that is honestly sad for something I had high hopes for.
@@v01dwalk3r6 kind of, you could certainly make that argument. Except Firewatch was intuitive and a great experience, while this gave me anxiety. A walking simulator yes, but that kind of comes with the territory, the game gives you a detector to help locate things, so that helps. Just overall a bad core experience. 😕

This has PSVR 2 written all over it. I was playing the newly revamped Red Matter tonight and afterward all I could think of was The Invincible in VR.

Graphic card drivers probably. Make sure to update them the day this comes out.

the game storyline is not based on the storyline of the book itself. The stories are separate, so it is not necessary to read the book first.

What's the gameplay like? Is it like Firewatch, a walking simulator? What about the puzzles?
