ICarly was in the same position, when they had this contract with the shoe company.
The shoe was dangerous and trash. They still talked positively about it, but in a revealing way, exposing it's flaws.

That isn’t on streamers, that’s on people being too dumb to think for themselves. People should just play whatever they like. I like plenty of games that people say are bad, but I still enjoy playing them like the Assassin’s Creed games for example.
@@youngrootv totally agree that it’s on the gamer but having your favorite streamer who plays what you play will definitely increase peoples opinions to just “try it out”
Ultimately having streamers be truthful isn’t a lot to ask when representing a game
This isn't a win. This shows willingness to try and restrict the public discourse. Sure they walked it back but only because we found it. If we didn't find it there would be no reason for them to walk it back and they would have probably took legal action against anyone who broke that rule. They showed their hand and it just goes to show how greedy these people really are.
None of that would hold up in court lol those agreements are usually to save their own behinds like snapchat or facebook has an agreement to use ur data and you can’t sue over that but them trying to sue everyone over criticism is never gonna happen
