Raising awareness of water safety

Staffordshire Police have teamed up with Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service to raise awareness of water safety. Chief Inspector John Owen recalls the devastating incident that led to Ryan Evans sadly losing his life with the hope that raising awareness will mean no other family has to go through what Ryan's family went through.
