If i am not alloted desired college in Aiq round1 but in state round 1 i get into my desired college then aiq ka security deposit wapas milega since i no longer wish to participate in aiq counseling?

If one upgrade in AIQ round 1,can he take part in State Round1
If we upgrade that means college will be allotted for sure and you ahve to submit documents in the college, that means for part in state 1 you have to free up documents.
Does the counselling process remain the same for physiotherapy admissions too?
