      @KRiZZxTV 2 года назад +1

      There was no injustice here. If she didn’t pull the trigger, she still deserved every bit of those 23 years. If she did pull the trigger(as she confessed), then this makes it even worse. I can understand why the family alienated the sister. The saddest part of this is that she got out because she was pretty, just like Cyntoia Brown. There are real innocent people behind bars who will stay there because they don’t have a voice/advocate. I’m willing to bet she developed a romantic relationship with her new lawyer, who did everything in his power to free her and employ her at his law firm.

    • @mistylikes
      @mistylikes 6 лет назад +110

      "As long as ur doing nothing illegal there's no problem" Wrong, wrong, and wrong. Police and prosecutors are under constant pressure to solve crimes as fast as possible. Few of them actually care about whether or not they truly got the right person as long as they get a person they can successfully charge with a crime.
      Have you ever heard of wrongful imprisonment and exoneration? Of all the people exonerated in 2015, 40% of the cases were ultimately thrown out because of something called official misconduct. 75% of the exonerations for murder involved police misconduct.
      Being actually innocent and having actually done nothing wrong doesn't protect you from that. This is why even police say to never say a single word without your lawyer present. That pressure to solve the crime and prosecute someone often leads police to try to trick you into saying something that makes it sound like you did something wrong.

The planned intention of the entire group wasn't to kill this girl but to asult and rob her which was the plan this woman was involved in which led to the murder of that girl being robbed. How did Tyra pick up the necklace off the ground if she wasn't there when the gunshots happened her and her friends started running because they thought that the people from the car were shooting at them? Nobody wants to answer that question though. If the necklace was the reason that the girl was shot because she didn't want to give it up how did Tyra pick up the necklace off of the ground but not know that her friend had shot the girl in the car? Because she said she thought the people in the car were shooting at them and had no idea her friend even shot the girl. Something's not right either they're not saying exactly what happened at night or she's remembering stuff wrong. Or she didn't have the necklace at all. Because her story just makes no sense how can you pick up something off of the ground that wasn't taken until after the gunshot if you weren't there when the gun was shot.?
