- This is a short intro in the many uses of the Little Black Block, a multi-purpose bench block. The steel riveting cone will allow you to rivet in recessed areas without damaging your surfaces. The LBB has areas for dapping, swaging, forming a curved edge, as well as a V-slot. It’s made of delrin to be light weight and non-marring.

Thank you. Great tool that does not rust and is light and portable!
Thanks, Zineb. I'm told that the larger version of this block is really useful to enamalists. Your enamels are looking amazing!
Hmmm? Giving me ideas. Need this block and maybe a few cones for different sized rivets. Thank you!
BRILLIANT!!! I can't wait to get one
Thanks!
Hi Deb!! Great block. I use it all the time!!
Gail, I love that you are using it! I hope you're doing well.
Great block Deb! I really like how you're able to do so many different things with it.
So glad you like it.
Love this! I've got to have one!
Have you tried altering it in any way? So easy with your jeweler's tools. Love the work you are doing. I've seen some really beautiful pieces.
Do you sell tapered steel cones separately so we can have choice to make those round accommodating changes you indicated in this video
I don't have them for sale as a separate unit right now but perhaps later in the year.
Great , Great Video!!! What hammer hand piece are you using? Does the kit come with the cone?
Isabel, I use the Foredom hammer hand piece with the anvil tip. I usually grind the tip down to reduce the diameter a bit. The block comes with the cone and a cloth bag to hold both pieces.
@@DebKarashJewelry Is that the bezel rocker point (8.3 x 2.36mm)?
Yes, the block comes with the cone. I use the Foredom H15 hammer hand piece most of the time.
@@isabelrowan6776 I use the anvil tip and I usually grind it down to a smaller diameter but you don't have to do that.
I'm looking to purchase this tool! Which rivets do you use with it??
Where are these being sold.?
I sell them on my website- www.debkarash.com/shop/the-little-black-block
