BS-story. 1. A "family business" doesn't have a "CEO"/ or "CFO". Those are senior employee-/board-positions in a corporation. 2. While the company could technically be run as a corporation or llC, that wouldn't affect the status of OP as a "partner"; that term only describes ownership (which would be important in determining "who" would have a say on who was placed on the company's board). Given the company was co-owned by her father and his brother(s; as the story is presented, singular since "Scott" dropped out), OP would've inheritted the share of her father, and thus automatically be a "partner". Her uncle wouldn't have a say in that (either, OP would've inheritted her father's share alone, or together with her mother; either way, OP's father wouldn't had given his share to his brother).
A family business can be made into a C-corp, which would require that they have a CEO, CFO, and one more C-suite position that I can't remember. Just because it's called a family business doesn't mean that it's small. It started with the family in the grandfather's time, maybe before. The father grew it to be as big as it is.
probably all bs stories, but at least this one has some factual stuff to it since it comes down to what country it is is that determines how a company is structured. since they all have their nuances

Bro yaps the same thing
At 11min in sound like uncle brian is the cuning, sly one tbh
The moving background is irritating.
BS-story.
Arent they all bs stories
probably all bs stories, but at least this one has some factual stuff to it since it comes down to what country it is is that determines how a company is structured. since they all have their nuances
There are large privately held corporations that are registered as a corporation that are not publicly traded
@@Levithos You're probably thinking of COO: chief operating officer. They're second-in-command of a C-suite after CEO.
Nobody talked to the disowned uncle for 16 years and as soon as u called he gave u a job????? Hahahahaha fake story
Fake story. No board of directors would approve a 20 something graduate with no experience to be ceo
Another fake story trying to replicate a popular story. This is getting old
Ure mom is horrible its that simple
Does the video stall for anyone else?
I actually thought it was my possessed tablet. The damn thing likes to stall, stop and then go back to the lock screen at random times, multiple times a day. I'd get another tablet but this one still works.... kinda
Its your internet connection. If a bunch of people are using your network at the same time or multiple devices are connected that would be why. No one home i get no stalls everyone comes home im waiting 10 seconds to hear 5 seconds of video.
Funny how Op dosent notice when they joined Scotts company they did to someone what had been done to them by taking the CFO posistion at the company .Also to blindly believe that about your mom without talking to her or anyone else in the family OP really must love that lifestyle .
The statement there was that they were about to start advertising for the position there
The CFO was about to retire
Oww poor rich people
At 11:00. Bro they're really making uncle seem like a diddler
When you mix Family and Business together, expect problems.
Wait if your dad was partner why didn’t his share in the company automatically fall to OP? Why does he have to be made partner rather than just gaining his rightful position?
