Not to sound rude...but single and co-parenting are two completely different things...??? Single moms who have no support from the father raise a baby all by themselves while co-parenting means both parents are involved which makes it easier on both parents. So saying you're a single parent when the baby's father is still involved is a little offensive to actual single moms....no hate, just some thoughts.
Actually they are NOT completely different. She is SINGLE and a mom. So yes she is a single mom who happens to also be co-parenting with her child’s father. She is still the one ALONE taking care of her child a majority of the time with no help during those times. There are ALSO single mothers (and fathers) who are tasked with being full-time 24/7 only parents. My mother “co-parented” my entire life and still has done at least 80% of the parenting in my life from infancy to now being a 26 year old. If anyone is being offensive it’s you. Parenting is hard whether it’s one parent, two parents, or co-parenting. Nor is it anyone’s fault whether they have help or don’t have help. You should be glad when you see a baby that has parents willing to co-parent for the sake of their child. If you’re bitter about moms and dads who have support from their child’s other parent theres plenty of other videos to watch.
She is still alone with the baby 24/7. The father comes to pick Arrow probaby once or twice a week for a couple of hours. Its not like even full day that she have for herself.
Hi, I actually want to make a video on this topic! It's hard to find a definitive answer on the internet on what the correct title is, so I did a poll of 20,000 people on IG. I found that over 75% of people agreed that a single mom is a mother who is in fact single, regardless of help. 20% of people voted that there is a definitive "level of help" or "spilt custody" to where single mom was the correct term - at which is appeared to be a 70 - 30 spilt. 5% voted any level of help, even a one hour visit, deems the use of "single mom" to be incorrect. Since the 5% was so low, I was able to look at each person voting. Only 1 in 5 were moms themselves voting, who were married, and finally only 1 in 50 were single moms themselves. With that math, more people who weren't parents are hurt by my language than actual parents or even single moms. The people in questions who were supposed to be offended. AND 95% of people would AGREE that I'm using the term SINGLE MOM to describe myself correctly. like I said, I was very interested in this subject, as I hate to offend people!
When you said that you’ll miss your baby as soon as they leave even if you were just screaming into a pillow, I felt that on another level. That’s THE MOST relatable thing I’ve heard someone say in a while
I've been waiting for a video about how you're co-parenting is going!! Little sad you didn't get into more details about it. I understand you want the breakup to be private, but how do you deal with a separation AND still having to communicate effectively with that person in order to maintain your baby's happiness? Do you completely avoid talking about one another? How do you maintain your positivity while processing the ending of a marriage? How did you determine the schedule or who gets Arrow when? What if he gets salty about getting less time with her (or more time if he doesn't want her more than he has her now) - phrasing is weird on that cuz she's not a doll she's your daughter... but you know what i'm trying to get at!! xoxo
You are so positive about coparenting , you both are a team and every parent should be psotive cause it's both your child . My sister is going through the same thing

I really really am so proud of you and your strength because idk if I could be with someone for that long have a child with them and they leave you. And not even completely help and take the baby the whole day. Congrats on your ability to be better then all this things
Hi Brittany, I recently had a baby, via C Section. My postpartum recovery was very difficult. But your videos, especially the 5:00 am schedule gave me inspiration to get out of bed and get hold of life and take care of my baby and my self. You are really an inspiration to new moms like me❤️
Same. My recovery wasn't that difficult but my anxiety definitely spiked and I am still quite stressed about a lot so struggle to even get myself ready each day. I'm trying to get better each day though. You've got this mama❤️

Hey Brittney I just wanted to say thank you so much for your honest videos about your life and pregnancy, I'm 16 weeks pregnant and left my boyfriend so we could work on things separately to be the best parents we can be.
