grimes simply put together some ideas (this demo) and then she edited it and cut some parts, so it would be solid and harmonic.. you do this as a composer.. ^^
Even though the album version is better production wise, I really like the way all the elements of this track are mixed together, even if it is a bit messy. It's so much more interesting to listen to and reminds me more of an old grimes vibe
this version is way better than the final one i would have loved if she kept the verses but what i really needed on the final version was 2:56. this part brings the song to a whole new level

Azealia banks and Grimes were going to collab. Grimes sent out like 4-5 songs to Azealia and there was HUGE DRAMA that happened and Azealia leaked all of her songs grimes sent her in a zip file. I remember on twitter seeing and downloading the zip file. I still have it on my computer and kinda sad how some of the songs turned out in the final version but demos are still awesome to listen to!
