They are DLC, you could buy them in the past but they have taken them out of the eshop, so you can only get them now online for the CITRA emulator or for hacked consoles...

I have the dlc now but none of the new songs can be played, the loading screen just gets stuck

Many of the songs need DLC, you can't buy the DLC anymore and finding it online is really hard right now

I downloaded the DLC but it wont let me play the songs, it sends me back to the title. Do I have to complete the main game before i can play them??
