After reading the Attack mode comment I started my own work I study for 3 hours and work out (skipping 1k per day until I can do 500 skipping without stopping). It's my 3rd day. Thank you, public, for motivating all those who haven't bought the course but still work hard. Seeing that effort motivates work.
Day 1 of posting regularly! Tasks done 12/12! (I admit not all tasks were big, some were little reminders, say, read New Me etc.) Walked 10k steps, 7km. Studied physics, read the rudest book ever, edited 'new me', journaled. Overall and amazing day, happy with the progress! 😁
I go to the gym around 4 days a week but to keep cardiovascular health in check I also do running on Sundays. I used to run 2 to 3 Km in a single stretch which was my max effort. But for the first time today I did a 4 km run! And it was like I can still go on. Moral of the story: U might not see improvements but my fellow mates believe me it is piling up...u are getting better and better even though u can't see it. So keep grinding!

Today’s report: 20 points (excluding extra tasks) crazy intense day. Same time mein aaj bohot zyada kar paya and with improved focus. one thing I have realised ki pressure mein accha karta hu. Like normal routine mein mera fix hota hai iss time par ye karna hai to wo mein comfortable hokar karta hu but jaise ki aaj intense day tha mein 3 tasks extra add kiye. And to my surprise mein bohot focused tha wo extra task bhi complete hue. I think mein isko 2 days karna chahunga in a week.
update: today i attempted a test and so a tiny improvement. again stuck at predicted percentile 99 smth. but still score is not so impressive. but working on it. worked today on biomolecules mostly. revising test stuff and doing some probability. D day is nearing and pressure is at all time high

Maybe the kid didn't want to be picked up in the first place. We have to see that that 3 or 4 year old is actually her own person with her own autonomy of her body and feelings. Granted, "bad touch" may have been completely out of context. But what she did indeed express is still very important: consent. You wouldn't like if i came and just picked you up like a doll without asking you. A tiny person is the same. She probably was chilling and happy, and you picked her up when she didn't want to be picked up. She is not a puppy. She is her own person. Just another perspective on your situation. I am not saying you shouldn't pick her up, I am just saying, ask her "do you want me to pick you up?" Chances are most of the times she will say yes. When you are playing hide and seek or anything, she will say yes. When she wants to go somewhere, she will say yes. But it's important you pick her up when she wants to be. What we teach and how we treat individuals during this age is how they will act and want to be treated by others as adults.

Try to understand from a pediatric or developmental perspective, their brains and cognitive abilities are changing raaaapidly. What i am trying to provide is a different perspective than "chachi is wrong". Introduce multiple perspectives and also be prepared to distance from your original hypothesis. Just because you spend a lot of time with her does not mean she is not changing and developing as a person on another level with every 3 months. Your bias = "I know what or how she thinks because I spend time with her a lot and we are close". Nobody is denying it. You are a great cousin to her. crazy intense day. Same time mein aaj bohot zyada kar paya and with improved focus.
one thing I have realised ki pressure mein accha karta hu. Like normal routine mein mera fix hota hai iss time par ye karna hai to wo mein comfortable hokar karta hu but jaise ki aaj intense day tha mein 3 tasks extra add kiye. And to my surprise mein bohot focused tha wo extra task bhi complete hue.
I think mein isko 2 days karna chahunga in a week.

today i attempted a test and so a tiny improvement. again stuck at predicted percentile 99 smth. but still score is not so impressive. but working on it. worked today on biomolecules mostly. revising test stuff and doing some probability. D day is nearing and pressure is at all time high

Maybe the kid didn't want to be picked up in the first place. We have to see that that 3 or 4 year old is actually her own person with her own autonomy of her body and feelings. Granted, "bad touch" may have been completely out of context. But what she did indeed express is still very important: consent.
You wouldn't like if i came and just picked you up like a doll without asking you. A tiny person is the same. She probably was chilling and happy, and you picked her up when she didn't want to be picked up. She is not a puppy. She is her own person.
Just another perspective on your situation. I am not saying you shouldn't pick her up, I am just saying, ask her "do you want me to pick you up?" Chances are most of the times she will say yes. When you are playing hide and seek or anything, she will say yes. When she wants to go somewhere, she will say yes. But it's important you pick her up when she wants to be.
What we teach and how we treat individuals during this age is how they will act and want to be treated by others as adults.

Try to understand from a pediatric or developmental perspective, their brains and cognitive abilities are changing raaaapidly. They will communicate far superiorly, understand on different levels, and form schemas of things from now on. I am not supporting that what she screamed was right. What i am trying to provide is a different perspective than "chachi is wrong". Introduce multiple perspectives and also be prepared to distance from your original hypothesis. Just because you spend a lot of time with her does not mean she is not changing and developing as a person on another level with every 3 months.
Your bias = "I know what or how she thinks because I spend time with her a lot and we are close".
