Jurong East is good! There is Chinese and Japanese Gardens, JCube, JEM, Westgate and IMM all connected by pedestrian bridge. Also have Ng Teng Fong General Hospital that people say looks like condo! lol... Now building new MRT line called Jurong Regional Line liao...
Malaysia hospitals' fees payment is like before you do any treatment or admission, you will need a guarantee letter (for insurance buyer) or you have to make a deposit via credit card before admission. We will have to make payments/deposits first before any medical arrangements. I'm assuming the same procedures overseas?
Ching LIm: In Sg, before admitted to hospital(No matter private or general) FIRST the front counter will go through with the in-patient about their hospitalization insurance(beside medisave, medshield etc....), the patient might require to pay certain amount of deposit for admission fee or secure their credit card for hospitalization fee. Sg had changed the hospitalization insurance coverage from 100% to 90% or 95% since year 2018.

I love to visit JB City Square shopping, food n old town coffee. Of cos once awhile to genting n Premium mall outlet. But pandemic destroyed all these leisure travelled not only in msia all parts of the world. No one can predict when can all these be back to normal....sad....lol.
If you ever change your mind and want to transfer to Malaysian hospital , all you have to do is request for a doctor’s report and photocopies of all medical tests done during the past years . Very easy to do , just have to pay 💰 only .
All i can say it’s dog-eat-dog in sg. You gotta have what it takes to compete with others. I guess it’s the lifestyle preference. Some like it laidback while some like it competitive lol

上次從香港回新架坡中央医院看耳科，因耳朵做過補耳膜手術。發現医療費貴很多，從medisave扣二百元。飛機深夜到新架坡，第二天上午看医生，第三天就回香港。我用廣東話同医生溝通，因我本身是香港人，医生收費很貴，在香港政府医院看耳科收港元80，即14坡元。
那么还是香港的医药费比较便宜🙂👍🏻

@@LianSee5306 錯了，马來西亚人去政府诊所看病是1元马币，政府医院是5元（包括专科）60岁或0Ku是免費的（药是免付费的，看诊的1元或5元已萛了，感受至深是百多元的眼药水需要几种也是免付费，私立的可要几百元，私立至少几千元的眼部手术，政府的才几百元，住院包括三歺1天才几元，所以政府的专科是很多人看的）当然如果是外国公民价钱另外了，不过也是比私立的便宜了

Only S'pore citizen/PR have to contribute to CPF (in M'sia its EPF).
在新加坡的公立医院看Specialist只要换一个不同的Clinic就要排很久 需要隔几天就打电话问有没有earlier slot. 只要不是life threatening的疾病 就得慢慢等 医生好不好就要看运气了

@@kenleebu6414 不知道应不应该说是误诊。我当时候进出医院2次，医生都没有给我知道我什么病，医生也很随便。而且同一间医院。第一次昏迷进院，第二天醒来后，他就给我出院了。隔一天，再进院，因为无法大小便，视觉有点模糊，头也痛。住了2天，我可以小一点便了，就放我出院了。也没说我什么事情。那我就回马来西亚。修养几天觉得不对路，就去医院在检查，脑神经线已经有一点白色氧化了。医院立即治疗转专科医院。

@@gw6086 新加坡政府医院差已经不是第一次听到了。因为新加坡政府医院很多都是外劳医生，而且都没有什么经验的。看病时间长，乱开药，收钱都是新加坡政府医院常常发生的。新加坡好是好在以前政府好，地里位置好，比较少贪污
