I found out I couldn't run this game at 640x480 on EXTREMELY lowest settings possible (45FPS) which makes the game almost unplayable since FPS in this game works as real-time, so in order for me to play in real-time I need 60FPS and I can't support that for shit. BUT HEY! There goes $20.00 >_>
Allen Garcia Get a 750 Ti. It's ridiculously powerful, consumes only 60 watts (doesn't require external power, all power goes though the PCI-E), makes almost no noise, and it costs $150. The cost may seem much but it will last you a VERY long time based on the simple things it sounds like you do.
