- In this challenge, QuickGG and I will have 30 seconds on the clock to find and capture each pokemon for our team. We must have an encounter in battle before the timer runs out! Each pokemon is also randomized and has random moves and abilities!

I didn’t only get a Switch because of them, I also got Pokémon Sword because of them
Monty Hall problem, please! Chill chooses left, right, or middle (let's say middle). Quick reveals one of the two that are not chosen (let's say right). Chill can then choose to keep what they wanted in the first place (in this case middle) OR switch to the other unrevealed one (in this case left)

Yeah but why would revealing one of the Pokémon that has not been chosen be relevant ? Because they are not connected, they are random, so unless the other player gives them a clue about what they have chosen in the first place or something, revealing a Pokémon does not move the needle in any way.
This would work if they revealed what the 3 mons are - but not which position they're in - before they choose.
"You have a Lombre, a Pheromosa and a Palpitoad." OK, I choose the left. "OK, you chose the left. I'm going to reveal that the middle was Palpitoad. Will you keep the left or switch to the right?"
No Chilln catching his mascot, it sadly sucks, can't be skipped and there's a Dragonite lazily flapping its wings around in the background like a good dragon boy 😭😂
Comatose is the signature ability of Komala. The Pokémon with this ability is immune to all status effects, except infatuation and confusion. This also means that a Pokémon with comatose can't use Rest. Also, the moves Wake-Up Slap and Hex are always at double power against comatose Pokémon. The moves Dreameater and Nightmare, as well as the ability Bad Dreams, will also work against a Comatose Pokémon
thats interesting since komala is a normal type so its immune to most of those moves. i wonder how you can make them hit. is there an ability that copies other abilities, or allows ghost to hit normal?
oh i said "most of those moves" but i forgot dream eater is psychic and nightmare ignores the type immunity
@@jj-vu5ov odor sleuth, and foresight allow normal and fighting to hit ghost types and so does the ability scrappy

Next challenge, pick a random starter by only knowing one if it's weaknesses. For example, you get the gen 1 starters, all you know is one is weak to flying, one is weak to rocks, and one is weak to electric. Keep up the great work!

An auction or draft style fight. Auction: Both get $100 (imaginary). A random number generator chooses a Pokémon. One by one you each bid an amount blindly. Winning bid gets the Pokémon. If both bid 0, the Pokémon gets assigned randomly.

And limit it with only 1 Legendary
Chilln with the biggest throw of the century letting spiritomb go down when 2 of Quick's mons literally couldn't touch him literally, not just not effective, but pure immunity
Challenge idea: you both get a couple minutes to drive around and catch 8 Pokémon.. then the 16 combined Pokémon between you 2 goes inside of a PC box, and you guys do a draft, picking your 6 Pokémon from the group of 16.. then you battle

Love these VS. Magearna is one of my most favorite Pokemon. Glad GG was able to pull of a win after the bad RNG in the Kaizo runs and stuff.

I feel Chillen on that freeze. Everytime I get the freeze on someone, they get instant thawed, but for me I get crippled.
Freeze is just bad at being a status condition. They should’ve brought frostbite from Legends Arceus in to replace it. I mean, they replaced hail with snow

VS Challenge idea: the skip one, take one challenge. Each of you catch 7 random encounters, number them 1-7, then the other blind picks a number for you to skip and a number to trade. THEN WE FIGHT
I can’t remember seeing one, I think it’d be so awesome doing an eeveelution only battle of possible
We race to catch Pokemon: run around together in Scarlet and Violet, catching whatever Pokemon you want at the same time, but it's first come, first served. If you both spot a Mewtwo, whoever can run up to the Mewtwo and trigger a battle first gets to use it

Bettle Idea: Choose the 1st 6 Mid Stage Pokemons you see and Flip a Coin.
If you get Heads: Pokemon Evolves to its Final stage.
If tails: You get the First Stage Evo.

Have you guys done a mirror challenge? Each catch 3 randomized fully evolved pokemon. Then both use the 6 pokemons on both teams. It'll be interesting to see how you guys strategically plan what to catch. 😂
Chillin, look up big dawg, straight missed a roaring moon. Probably super hard with only 30 seconds. I think 45 seconds would be better for you guys. I actually really enjoy when you have more choice, versus RN-Jesus

Spin two Type wheels to decide on a Dual Type to catch and then FIGHT!
If a Dual Type is rolled and doesn't exist (Fire/Fairy for example) then the player can choose (Fire) OR (Fairy) but it has to be (Fire) ONLY or (Fairy) ONLY.
If the same Type is rolled by both wheels (Steel/Steel for example) then the player has to catch a Pokémon that is (Steel) ONLY.
We should do another Pokemon Box Battleship. My favorite non soul link format lol
You should do a wheel of choices kind of challenge where you have everything like fully evolved or middle stage to choose your own water type or have 15 seconds to find one something like that could be cool

Would both of you try battle using Pokemon Infinite Fusion Randomizer? That should open whole another world of fun content. I read once that Pokemon Infinite Fusion Showdown existed.
Dupes challenge: catch the same pokemon twice (overworld encounters) and keep one, give the other to the opponent (based on moves and abilities).
Do this 3 times each. You'll end up with the same team, but different moves and abilities.
Challenge idea
You have to spin a wheel to decide what the category is, after the category is decided You spin another wheel to narrow down ur choice
