    Die Frau Vlaeva ist wirklich eine große Pianistin. Phänomenale Kraft, Präzision und äusserst Musikalische Interpretation.

    Très belle interprétation de ce concerto trop méconnu. Bravo à N.Vlaeva !

    Two versions of this concerto are both beautiful performed :the two hand version by
    Mr Zubkov and this left hand version by N.Vlaeva. Everybody should compare them
    to chose his beloved version!

    Nunca imaginei que algo tão lindo podia ser feito em um piano usando somente uma das mãos, isso foi tão revigorante para mim que com palavras não consigo agradecer. Simplesmente LINDO!!!

    why don't Grand piano's have a vertical music stand - pianists always seem to have to lay the music horizontally on the inside?

    après la découverte avec bonheur de ce compositeur par son 1er concerto(couplé à celui d'arensky chez hyperion) un peu grandiloquent et "hollywoodien" celui-ci plus intimiste vaut encore plus le détour, dans une très belle execution il faut que j'aille découvrir le 3èconcerto

    how does her thing know to switch pages by itself? :-O

    • @adrianwright8685
      @adrianwright8685 3 года назад +7

      I think page turning can be done with a device on the floor using her left foot; you can see her adjust something down there at 0:18

    BREAKING NEWS: The right-hand part of Bortkiewicz's second piano concerto was recovered recently from a pile of old bills and take-out menus.

    Un musicien et ici une oeuvre que l'on ne connaît pas assez. Bien sur Rachmaninov y est omniprésent, mais il ne manque cependant pas d'agrément dans la grande tradition slave post-romantique.

      I guess, I understood you correctly. Really. Why any knows Rahmaninov, but just few knows S.Bortkevych? If music by Bortkevych worse of that by Rahmaninov? I'd said vice versa.

      Joseph Laredo i dont Think its very forgettable. On the contrary, I believe it’s one of the best concertos I have heard(only second to Bortkiewicz first).

      This op 28 can stand face to face with Grieg and Rachmaninov's concertos 🤔
