I collected every golden statue of Diabella and put them all in my hearthfire house by the fireplace. Making sure they all sat up straight and weren't toppled down was a nightmare...
Its too uncanny how much of the music and art of your videos i recognize from my favourite things. You Definetly seem to have a taste i highly approve of.XD Also, great video! Thanks again for making this content, you quickly became one of my favourite lore channels out there and i am so glad i stumbled upon your videos. :)
I absolutely loved this! Dibella is definitely one of my favorite of the Aedra. And I have to say that your descriptor of her as "the holy embodiment of beauty" was so beautiful! Truly a Lady, like and subbed!
Excellent music choice, loved this song when i first heard it years ago. Ive been burning through the content, its well informative and easy on the ears. 🤟
I swear I would rather worship the Gods of Tamriel than any of our own religions. One quick suggestion regarding the videos. I remember reading somewhere that everything that happens in the games is cannon, but it's not necessarily done by the Dragonborn (for example, Titus Mede is indeed assassinated in Skyrim in 4E 201 but it wasn't done by the Dragonborn) so when talking about for example the desecration of the Temple of Dibella, you could instead say "it's rumored that Dragonborn" or just simple say that someone desecrated it after being tricked by Sanguine. Great video as always though, always looking forward to the next one!
Please keep making videos. You're filling in so many holes that I didn't even know existed with your knowledge of ESO (plus a lot of other stuff I simply didn't get to in the other games). You make me want to play ESO so much lol My husband will totally get into it, too. I'm sure. I make him listen to it while he plays Skyrim, while I "innocently" play Morrowind on no sound to make up for the fact I'm playing a video. He's coming around to the lore side, slowly but surely.
I love the Lore from the elder scrolls! It is easily the most in depth lore for any game series since d&d! In my opinion that is! Great channel keep it up
Wow i love your narration ! You have such a calming voice and we can hear your interest in what you're telling to us. I now have subscribe and gonna watch your other videos.
Another great video Lady of Scrolls. Your voice is really soothing and nice. Between you and me (and I guess every person who reads this), I really wish there was more to Dibella, the Temple and the Arts in Skyrim. The one short quest every player gets to get back Fjotra from the Forsworn has/is always been/my favorite quest to complete in the game. It's the feeling that since Fjotra is "blessed" with a constant connection to Dibella, she's somewhat in a similar area with the Dragonborn: beings born/blessed by the Divines. If only there was more to do under the Dibella theme in terms of quests, or even play-styles. Mods might bring in the changes, but as a PS4 player with a limited budget, I don't have access to them. Anyways, great video, and you've earned my subscription.
Quality content, glad I found you channel. Very well presented, structured and articulated, I can imagine the amount of work and research. You'll grow fast :)
Dibella always intrigues me in the series, as the most truly notable presence of misogyny in the series. Where Kyne and Mara are treated as pure and almost sexless goddesses, Dibella can be brought under fire by others for having a sexual power. A great example being Haelga of Riften, who’s Dibellan arts are admittedly used somewhat sinisterly, who is suggested to have sexual power over the men around her, where the women in Markarth’s Temple of Dibella are no more sinister than any other priestess across Skyrim. It has an intriguing implication that Dibella is only sinister to Tamriel in that she can give a sexual power to women, where any other god can empower women in other ways without repercussion.
I hope that we get some more of Dibella in the next Elder scroll game. I have my Female characters as Strong 💪 And Powerful Warriors of Dibella. They aren't just a Pretty Face but they Kick-Ass too.
Just discovered your channel, this video was very well put together and you were very informed and cited your sources. It seems RUclips recommendations were useful for once. Lol
New sub here. Your content is excellent and I love your presentation! Also, as a digital hoarder of all kinds of geeky art, I would like to thank you for sourcing each of the artworks you use in the video. Not only does it give credit to the artists, it also allows people like me to track down some awesome new stuff! Keep up the good work!
Love the video! I have always been interested in Dibella, could you make a video about Bretons? They're my favorite race and I think their ancestrory is very interesting. Just a suggestion, keep the amazing videos up! :D
I'm starting a Elder scrolls P&P for my friends, sadly my knowledge of the elder scrolls lore had to tank a big hit due to... ye know, beeing busy with school and learning other stuff. (Gotta make room in my brain sometimes) But I'm so, SO grateful that I found your channel. Thanks for the great content, keep up the work!
Why don’t you have more subscribers? After watching some of your videos they all seem to be very well made and well researched, as well as your voice being easy to listen to. I’m genuinely amazed you’re only at 7.8k subs.
Second video I've watched of yours and I'm going back to Imperial Knowledge. Your voice is so relaxing it's putting me too sleep and I'm not paying atention to the game I have Dragons to kill Damn it.
Why do people dish ESO lore ... i mean for me everything that does not "fit excacly" to other established lore can be the result of dragon-break.. i mean the weil between oblivion realms and Nirn is ..for all intents and purposes gone. As you exeprience it in ESO all is fuzzy and undetermined, even history, but as you experience it years down the line its is coaleced into history...
I always thought it was weird that there are two gods of love but I rationalised it as they both represented different types of love If that any sense what so ever. In anycase good work I really enjoy the video and the music you picked was perfection incarnated really hope you don’t get copy strike for the song by RUclips.
Ya know, I was just thinking about how nice it would be to have the Elder Scrolls lore explained to me. Reading the in-game books is fun but I tend to pay more attention to those than the quests, and somehow events seem less historically relevant when I'm the one playing them out. The subject of the Divines specifically is one that I don't pay much attention to, because the Daedric Princes play a much more active role in Tamriel and they're more fun anyway :P Didn't know that the brush capable of painting literal worlds was an artifact of Dibella, I just assumed it was some Daedric artifact. Yay learning!
This is deep Peace be upon Dibella My first Dragonborn and her other counter parts had her as a patron Goddess I might do another restart and Role play and have Kynareth and Dibella be a big part of her life I also forgot I would always leave out offerings at her shrine
So it wasn't just coincidence that in Skyrim, Sanguine had the Last Dragonborn desecrate the temple of Dibella...
Yeah Bethesda was remarkably subtle when pointing the players to this quest, of course it's more or less just another dungeon crawl
Lady of Scrolls & morning coffee -- a great way to achieve chim before heading out into the plane of oblivion.
Garrett Butler this had me laughing, good one
Is that music from Elfen Lied I hear?
I was so confused when i clicked on the video. thought i clicked on the wrong one haha
Evan M tittle : lilium
lilium. best song ever
Always Tears up my eyes when i hear it.
Lilium is a sad song
Once I was a Dibella follower but I took an arrow to the heart 👍
I love listening to you talk about the lore. Your voice is so soothing
I collected every golden statue of Diabella and put them all in my hearthfire house by the fireplace. Making sure they all sat up straight and weren't toppled down was a nightmare...
Holy hell incredible music choice so cool!
You're quickly becoming my favorite Elder Scrolls lore channel. Please keep up the good work!
lol, true
You have honored Dibella's name with your video. Music, images ... BEAUTY in its purest form.
Its too uncanny how much of the music and art of your videos i recognize from my favourite things. You Definetly seem to have a taste i highly approve of.XD

Hear hear! UwU
I absolutely love how you tie each piece of lore back to an experience that each of us had in game. Thank you, they are as always, amazing.
Fantastic channel! "Did you hear about the chapel attack in Anvil? All of Dibella's priests and priestesses, murdered."
Meridia will pay dearly for allowing that one day, among other crimes against humanity.
This channel handles lore videos unlike any I’ve seen before. I feel so immersed when I watch these 😌
Very underrated TES lore channel. Keep up the great work!
This is now my favorite elder scrolls channel.
You just cover everything so thoroughly and your videos are well formated.
Your voice is perfect for this!
by the nine nice work on this video did a good job thank you for taking your time to make this video
And may dibella herself be praised
Dont you mean.... The eight??
Your voice is amazing for this type of video!
I find your about me refreshingly honest. Subbed and liked. Wish yters got the money like they used to. Happy for this recommend.
Long live akatosh
I binged all of your videos starting from the beginning, PLEASE KEEP MAKING MORE!!
You're probably one of my favorite narrators in the Lore Community.
Excellent music choice, loved this song when i first heard it years ago. Ive been burning through the content, its well informative and easy on the ears. 🤟

This turned up in my recommendations...
So glad it did! Love the lore and the commentary, please keep making them. I'm looking forward to more.

You deserve more views!
It's the first video I've seen and I like it. Your voice is very sweet to the ear. Greetings from Mexico c:
Great work, sharing ya with a few friends.

Where did you get all of this? Haelga simply sleeps around because she's raunchy and the reason she needs to hide it is public prejudice.
@Isaiah Comfort what did she do with the Daedric boots?
Found you in my recommendations today and i am impressed already, Subscribed! ^^
Just found your channel and am now starting to look back thru your previous videos. I hope you'll consider a video on the Bosmer next
I hope that we get some more of Dibella in the next Elder scroll game. I have my Female characters as Strong 💪 And Powerful Warriors of Dibella. They aren't just a Pretty Face but they Kick-Ass too.
Lilium BGM + A video about a Goddess of beauty + A enchantic voice = magnum opus!!
My favorite goddess of all time😍!!
Pleasant voice ya got there. I’m certainly gonna check out your other stuff as well.
I've been following for a long time! You're a great break from fudge mupet! Keep it up!
Fantastic video, loved it! Gorgeous voice with a wonderful video format. Certainly my new favorite Elder Scrolls Channel.

my life is full of sins thanks so much! And Bretons are my favorite race too! I will certainly add them to the list, thank you for your request!
You have a really good voice!
Oh I love these videos. Keep up the good work.
Took .5 seconds to have elfen lied flashbacks
I'm starting a Elder scrolls P&P for my friends, sadly my knowledge of the elder scrolls lore had to tank a big hit due to... ye know, beeing busy with school and learning other stuff. (Gotta make room in my brain sometimes)
But I'm so, SO grateful that I found your channel.

Do one on Kynereth, plase she is my favorite out of the 9 divines.
fan of Daenerys sure thing! I will certainly add kynareth to the list! Thank you so much for your request!
I love your channel! Keep up the good work 😊
*hears Lillium*
*has flashbacks*
Seriously that show scarred me.
It's great you give credit to all the images

Just found your Channel and i like your voice its very lovely keep it up, i just subscribed.
it is awesome that you used an ost i got in my phone playlist
I came here because I am a collector of Dibella statues XD
Loving your content ❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍
Love the video. Dibella is my favorite deity, my ESO name is even "DaughterOfDibella"
I haven't heard this song in years, good anime. Good video too.
Ah yes, my favorite Aedra. Great video. Also just a suggestion but I would love a video on the lore of the Empire of Cyrodiil by you.
Thanks so much! And sure thing i will certainly add the empire to the list!
Lady of Scrolls no problem. And I shall wait in anticipation of that video (Empire all the way)
Second video I've watched of yours and I'm going back to Imperial Knowledge. Your voice is so relaxing it's putting me too sleep and I'm not paying atention to the game I have Dragons to kill Damn it.
Dont stop making these videos
Sweet new vid!
If you don’t ignore ESO lore like FM does, or dismiss it outright like Zharick does, then you’ll officially be the best Elder Scrolls lore channel.
Zaric doesn't dismiss it alltogether. He consciously cherry-picks that which does not contradict previously established lore.
Unknown Archon what gives him that right? He isn’t a dev or a real loremaster.
She totally doesn't, and it's awesome
@@DreamskyDance why? seriously? im not even going to put any thought into this because you havent. but good lord
I always thought it was weird that there are two gods of love but I rationalised it as they both represented different types of love If that any sense what so ever.
In anycase good work I really enjoy the video and the music you picked was perfection incarnated really hope you don’t get copy strike for the song by RUclips.
Great video! My favourite Aedra has to be Julianos
Forgot your weak absent divines and embrace the dark gods of oblivion for they promise power and immortality!
Could fudgemuppet even handle this lore narration power?
Tuning in from 8 months after your post and having watched then dropped FudgeMuppet videos a year beforehand.
No, no he can not.
Your videos are great I love your voice
I already love Dibella. But opening up that video with Lilium made me love her even more.
Wonderful work! I think you should do a Sea Elf lore video. They are my favorite Elves.
Great channel ! :)
Ya know, I was just thinking about how nice it would be to have the Elder Scrolls lore explained to me. I forgot how much I love the Elfen Lied soundtrack. My goodness, between that and your voice, this is was a fantastic episode.
Wonderful vids! Just discovered your channel and subscibed - you make good, well-researched videos. Could you perhaps do a piece on Nocturnal, too?
Definitely confirmed. We have the same taste in music........ ;)
I love your videos
Lilium was NOT the song I was expecting when I clicked on the video
This episode gives me some Prisclla vibes. Especially the brush of true paint.
Definitely one of the best gods among gods like Azura, Meridia or Lorkan
Is that Solas shacking up with Dibella @2:45 from one elven divinity to another?
I'll admit, this video had me from the second Lilium started playing.
This is deep Peace be upon Dibella My first Dragonborn and her other counter parts had her as a patron Goddess I might do another restart and Role play and have Kynareth and Dibella be a big part of her life I also forgot I would always leave out offerings at her shrine
It's so sweet that Bethesda named the Goddess of Beauty and Love after a beta tester.
Hey look, it's the music from that anime where the intro is much better than the actual show
I need to find that painter in my play through of Oblivion now
He has a house in cheydinhal
thank you
The intro played and instinctive got triggered from ptsd
