In the cabin fusebox, under the dash. It's part of the fusebox, but it can be removed with connectors.
It controls many thing(correct me if i left out something):
-Interior lights turning on-off and dimming(signal from door switches)
-Dashboard lights dimming(signal from main lightswitch),
      -Turnsignals and hazzard warning light
      -Front and rear windscreen wipers
      -Rear windscreen defogger
      -Front and rear fog lights
      -Door and key warning chime
For the dimmable lights, the power circuitry is in the multitimer module(2 Fets, i beleive), other peripherals are controlled via the small black relays.
