Second first I apply for Japan visa, and need to show Delhi to Tokyo flight then Tokyo to Seoul, should I need to submit return ticket to India also? I will apply for Korea visa after I receive a Japan visa
1. I would suggest that you print your company profile and other business details on the company's letterhead. 2. For Japan visa, you may show your onward journey ticket to any country. The whole idea is that we would be leaving Japan after completing our trip no matter where we travel next. But again do confirm the same with the VFS office while submitting your application because this is a proper e-visa issued by the embassy not a facility like Visa-on-arrival at the airport. 3. Anyhow, your passport will not be with you so you may apply for Korea visa afterwards.

you can submit aadhar card, utility or address on the companys letter head. I had specified the same on my visa cover letter as well.
