We bought a 7880 already converted for DTF. We have not started print full speed just yet but everyday I shake the carts, run a few head cleanings and test print designs for 2 to 3 shirts. I've noticed our white layer fades before the prints complete. The only way I've been able to resolve the issue thus far is by running a Initial Fill all over again. Is there something else I should doing as apart of daily maintenance to prevent this issue with the white ink fading / separating? I would think a daily Initial Fill seems obsessive.
