      Fabion Ramoo hi yes this is the way I made it since I was 10-12 years old I never got the oil.......we all do things differently the way we grew up & how the elders we grew up with plays a major part in how we cook........thank you for watching & your comment 🙂

    Published on MY birthday, oh yesss :) I am back hon!! And this is another way of making this. The Indian folks back home also make it without roasting the tomatoes first, they simply chop the tomatoes finely and add the rest of the ingredients... This thing is addictive, LOL :)

      AMARU COOKS oh yayyyyyyy! Wow they don’t roast it I made tomato chopped & season with herbs & drizzled oil I was on to something the entire time 😁🙂 thank you for you comment ❤️🤗

      LOOOOLLLL :) :) Oh, I thought it was the Trini way of making it, lol ;) They also have a dish where they roast eggplant... and then they season it with jeera and all of the other typical Indian spices... deeee-lish ;) Thanks again ;)
